Hello, I recently moved to a town called New Cuyama, which is an hour drive from any city. Here where I live there is only one market one gas station and it is located out in the country. I moved here because I could not afford to live in the city due to the high rent. Here the rent is very affordable. I am on a limited income, I receive SSI which only covers my rent and utilities. I am in desperate need of a car. I can't afford to buy one. I have two vechiles that do not run sitting here on my property and there is no mechanic here in town and I have no help from anyone. I cant afford to get them worked on and really need someone who would be willing to take these cars off my hands and donate me a reliable vechile so that I can get to town for doctor visits and grocery shopping, little errands that I need to do. I am not able to get anywhere on this limited income. I have to pay for someone to take me to town to get food. This is money that I don't have and there are so many times that I have to go hungry because of this. Im a single woman with no family here my children have all grown and moved away and have there own lives now. I am disabled because I had become sick, and have been told that I wont be able to go back to work. I really need transportation in which I will trade my two cars that dont run for something that can just get me there and back. Im not looking for something great really just something that runs.
